Strategic advisory for a 25+ person AI agency

I worked closely with AI Heroes founder Joseph during a period of rapid growth and change. Before AI Heroes, I had also supported Joseph through the exit of his previous AI startup, giving our work together a strong foundation of trust and context.

As AI Heroes grew to more than 25 people, our work focused on sales, marketing, pricing, leadership and strategic direction. I acted as an external sounding board, helping Joseph think clearly, make better decisions and shape the next stage of the business.

I also worked closely with his senior management team, particularly around sales and marketing, advising on campaigns, positioning and commercial decision-making as the business scaled.

One of the strategic ideas I introduced was a client mastermind for organisations that wanted to build a deeper understanding of AI. This became a strong source of qualified leads and supported AI Heroes’ growth during an important stage of the business.
